Balthazar Banquet

Our first ever Balthazar Banquet, in partnership with Adopt a School Trust, will be held on Monday 4^th December at the prestigious Glyndebourne Opera House in East Sussex.

This exclusive banquet for just 90 guests will be cooked by the three Michelin Star chefs in Sussex who are cooking together for the very first time! They are:

• George Blogg- Gravetye Manor
• Ben Wilkinson- South Lodge
• Jean Delport- Interlude at Leonardslee

Our host for the evening is Glyndebourne Executive Chef and Masterchef: The Professionals winner, Steve Groves.

Tickets include Champagne Pol Roger reception, four course banquet with paired wines from Berkmann Wine and evening entertainment be provided by Princes of Motown who are back by popular request!

There is also a complimentary bus provided by Brighton Regency Routemaster with pick up from Brighton and Lewes train stations with return journey.

Dress code is black tie or ladies equivalent.
