Tom Booton, The Dorchester Grill
Tom was named head chef of The Grill at The Dorchester aged just 26, making him the youngest person to hold the position in the Mayfair restaurant’s 88-year history.
Beginning his career at the tender age of 15, the 2019 Acorn award winner joined The Dorchester by way of Alyn Williams at The Westbury in Mayfair (1 Michelin star), where he was head chef and Dubbous where he was sous chef (1 Michelin star).
Tom was voted as ‘Chef to Watch’ as the National Restaurant Awards in 2021.
Steven Edwards, Etch
Steven is best known for winning the 6th series of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013 becoming one of the youngest ever winners of the competition at the age of 26.
Before MasterChef, Steven trained with some of the country’s leading chefs including Raymond Blanc, Andrew McNaughton and Chris Wheeler before joining the team at South Lodge Hotel in Horsham with Matt Gillan.
Etch was voted 75th best restaurant in the UK in 2021’s National Restaurant Awards.
