Price – £150pp including 5-course tasting menu with snacks, Ridgeview and paired wines.

Steve Groves, Glyndebourne

Steve, Executive Chef for Glyndebourne and Masterchef: The Professionals winner, led the kitchen at Roux at Parliament Square, renowned for its beautiful, faultless plates of food. With a wealth of experience, Steve is dedicated to crafting exceptional dining experiences.

James Golding, Table Talk Foundation

James brings three decades of culinary expertise, with a background that includes iconic establishments like The Savoy, Le Caprice, J Sheekey, the Pig Hotel group and Soho House New York.

George Upshall, Wild Flor

George has recently taken the role of Head Chef at Wild Flor, Brighton after a few years in the kitchen. George is passionate about produce and has his own allotment, bringing home-grown produce to cook at work. His style focuses on hyper-seasonality, whole animal butchery & modern British cooking.

He has spent time working under Neil Borthwick at The Merchants Tavern & Duncan Ray at The Little Fish Market, amongst others.
