All work undertaken by Table Talk Foundation shall be on these terms unless specifically varied in writing and agreed to by both parties prior to the event.
Event Booking Details
• 100% of the event cost will be taken on booking via our website by Credit/Debit card or via email by invoice.
• Bookings are final. Refunds will only be offered if your seat can be filled.
• If an event requires cancellation or postponement, any payments made will be carried forward to the next edition of the event. Refunds cannot be given for any products or services.
On some events the activities that attendees will undertake may be inherently dangerous although full supervision is provided throughout. Neither Table Talk Foundation or its employees or agents shall be liable for any damage, loss, delay or expenses caused to the member or any other persons attending the event except insofar as it results from the negligence of Table Talk Foundation Please note that during particular events and on certain activities it may be necessary to request individuals to sign a liability waiver on the day of the event.
Table Talk Foundation shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to global pandemics, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, and Table Talk Foundation shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
